HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

After finding what you like, you may send us a message through the chat function on the website and we will advise you on the payment from there! Alternatively, you may also DM us through Instagram with a picture of the item you are interested in.

WHY AM I UNABLE TO CHECKOUT DIRECTLY FROM YOUR WEBSITE?

This website is created for you to be able to view all our collections easily! However, we are also working hard to transform this website into an online shop, so keep a lookout for it!

WHERE DO I FIND MEASUREMENTS FOR THE CLOTHES?

Drop us a message in the chat function and we will reply you! Alternatively, you may also look into our Telegram group and Instagram page to see if more details are provided there. Feel free to message us from Telegram and Instagram as well!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AND WHEN SHOULD PAYMENT BE MADE?

We accept Paynow or Paylah. Payment procedure would be advised after you have messaged and confirmed your order!
Payment has to be made within 24 hours after reservation. Items will be released again if payment is not received within the stipulated duration.

HOW MUCH IS THE MAILING FEE?

Additional charges for mailing applies. Normal mail starts from $1.00.

WILL THERE BE MAILING PROOF?

Yes! We will provide a picture proof upon mailing the item.

CAN I DO A REFUND OF EXCHANGE?

Refunds and exchanges are not allowed.

WHAT HAPPENS TO LOST OR DAMAGED MAIL?
